TIRAMISU CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 scoops FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie*
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coffee
- 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup
- Cocoa powder,for dusting
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, add yogurt, milk, chia seeds,Protein Smoothie, vanilla extract, coffee and maple syrup.
Blend until chia seeds are ground and the texture is thick like pudding
Divide the mixture evenly into three 6 - 8oz mason jars and dust tops with cocoa powder. Chill in fridge for 30 to 60 minutes. Enjoy within 5 days

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups ice
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie
- 1/2 cup cold brew concentrate
DIRECTIONS
Add ice, coconut cream,coconut milk, and FlavCity Protein Smoothie to a blender and blend until it has a slushy consistency.
Pour the cold brew coffee into two cups evenly, and then top it with the coconut protein mixture. Enjoy with a spoon!
DECADENT PROTEIN BANANA PUDDIMG
Enjoy a crunchy and creamy double-dose of protein.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 banana, sliced into rounds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie*
1/3 cup Sweet Thins, crushed [we used Simple Mills]
DIRECTIONS
Mix yogurt, vanilla extract, and smoothie powder until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Layer ingredients into a mason jar: 1/3 Sweet Thins, 1/3 banana, and 1/3 of the yogurt protein mixture. Repeat until the jar is filled. End with a sprinkle of Sweet Thins
Cover and chill for at least 4 hours;overnight for best results.
